Shine is a half-day culture experience where leaders, builders and champions of culture come together for honest stories, practical perspective and meaningful connection around the cultures organizations need now.

Shine is designed for anyone with the power and heart to shape culture – C-suite executives and senior leaders, HR and people leaders, change and culture champions. Titles matter less than curiosity, candor and a willingness to influence what happens next.

Shine takes place Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 8 a.m.–noon at Stages in Houston, Texas.

Tickets are $300 per person. Seating is limited.

Yes, there is parking in the Stages garage, which may be entered off D’Amico Street and is a flat fee of $15. Accessible parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available on every level of the garage and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

There will be coffee provided in the lobby prior to start time (7:45–8 a.m.) as well as unique interactive experiences so be sure to arrive early!
